     Jersey's extensive and rich education and years of experience as a coach has helped me heal from current and past losses and move forward to create my new journey. Jersey's own intuition and the insight she provided has guided me to openings for more joy, laughter, and freedom. I started coaching with the goal of reconnecting with myself after years of setting myself aside while raising a family. We worked together through the illness and death of my husband.        I would like to recommend Jersey as a wonderful, warm and skilled coach.I have always found it quite amazing the way she is able to connect to teenagers and young adults. When so many people hit communication walls and shut downs with their teenagers, I have watched them gather around Jersey, communicate, laugh and share.
